Determining the Scale
The top mark of the ruler is 30 cm . So Imeasure:
Length overall: 34.5 cm
Length fuselage: 30.3 cm

According to Jane´s All the World´s Aircraft 1964/65
Length overall: 133 ft 2 in = 40.59 m
Length fuselage: 116 ft 2 in = 35.41 m

So it scales out at around 1/117.

Note:
The Progresswerk instruction sheet quotes
" Length total 137 ft 8 in = 41.96 m "
