Necomisa /Pegaso

Introduction

I came across the Necomisa / Pegaso brand via my research on BUSCH kits. The moulds of the aircraft kits from this German manufacturer went to Lindberg in 1963 and to Necomisa in the 1970's .

History

John Burns tells us in PAK-20 [1] , that Necomisa ".. began to issue kits in 1976. Pegaso is another logo used. All kits are from other companies: Busch/Lindberg, O-lin/Lindberg, Trim/Lindberg, Aurora Monogram, Lindberg and Monogram."

There is only scarce information about this company. But I found out, that kits were still produced in the late 1980's [5] and that Necomisa produced decals for Minicraft in 1995 [6]

I´m conerned here mainly with kits which are re-issues of the original BUSCH moulds which were supplied via Lindberg. It is to prove that these moulds still existed at least in the late seventies.

But as so often I get interested in more and will expand my coverage, when I receive more information about the history of Necomisa.  Promising data may be derived when I got translations of some mexican websites [2],[3],[4].
