First issueed in 1951. Original early box with no reference to Series One.   Picture 2 : Revell Highway Pioneers  later version shows Series One on the boxtop after other series have been published, The Cadillac and the Ford changes places, the color of the Ford changes from yellow to black All five kits came in a generic yellow and white box with artwork and designantion of all cars from the series on the boxtop. Name and kit No. of the individual kit was stamped on one of the short side panels, see below. Picture 3 : Revell Highway Pioneers Series Two issued in 1952. Generic orange / white box. Series Two appears on the upper panel below  Highway Pioneers. Picture 4 : Kit number and car type is stamped on the right side panel. Picture 5 : Gowland Logo on the bottom side panel.
